ACSM-Personal Trainer

Janelle hails from the windy, yet pretty state of Wyoming. She graduated from the University 0f Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 2004. As an undergraduate, Janelle was an essential key to the 2004 USCSA Women’s Nordic Skiing Championship and participated in many running races.  In 2005, Janelle received her personal training certification from the American College 0f Sports Medicine and through her love 0f fitness, began her quest to get people fit.  Janelle enjoys any activity outside as well as swimming, running, and lifting. Janelle lives in Columbia Falls with her husband, Pat, and the two most famous husky mixes in Montana, Mack Dog and Shorty.

Jessica Preiss
Fitness Assistant
Jess joined Mountain Physical Therapy and Fitness in 2008.  She graduated from Cornell College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Geology.  While nature and the outdoors have become a major part of her life, her true passions have always been exercising and athletics.  She played for the Cornell volleyball and softball teams as well as club lacrosse and basketball.  During her spare time Jess enjoys camping, hiking, volleyball, and any other sport she can talk people into playing.

Lindsey Meade
Fitness Assistant
A recent graduate of Seeley-Swan High School, Lindsey will be attending Flathead Valley Community College in the Fall of 2010. From there, she plans to further her education at a four-year college with particular focus on Criminology and Sociology. Over the course of 14 years, Lindsey has earned a third degree black belt and several National Titles in Taekwondo; her current aspiration is to make the U.S National Team and compete internationally. In 2008, Lindsey won the title of Miss Montana Teen United States, and found a passion in supporting groups and individuals in charity events. Lindsey loves photography and enjoys scrap-booking her adventures in her spare time, along with traveling and cooking delicious meals with her family. Between her appreciation of Taekwondo and her dedication through pageants, Lindsey regards Mountain Physical Therapy & Fitness to be an opportunity in helping others achieve their goals.
