Established in 1997, Mountain Physical Therapy and Fitness, PC has remained committed to providing excellent care.  Over the last decade we have listened to our clients and have expanded our services.  We combine technologically advanced methods and equipment with caring and experienced clinicians.   

Click on picture for fitness center video tour	We are centrally located in the Flathead Valley and serve the communities of Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Lakeside, Somers and Bigfork.  We specialize in rehabilitation for workers compensation, motor vehicle accident and personal injury, post surgical spine and extremity, arthritis treatment, sports injury and aquatic therapy.
We offer ASTYM (Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization), Joint Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Massage, Trigger Point Manipulation, Low Level Laser Therapy, Ultrasound, and Electrical Stimulation.  Our skilled Physical Therapists provide manual therapy, spinal stabilization programs, cutting edge rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention. We offer superior assistance in reaching individual weight loss and fitness goals.  We facilitate return to work with Job Site Evaluation, Work Conditioning Programs and Functional Capacity Evaluations.    

 We opened our Fitness Center in February of 2008. We offer a limited number of memberships to reduce crowding. We continue to offer full Physical Therapy services at both Buffalo Hill and Evergreen locations.
